What happened to my account?
As of Sunday 27th August 2023 we moved our online store to Shopify which means previous orders and accounts did not copy over, but we do have backend access to them.
If you need past invoices please contact us via email and well send them through.
Good news though is that according to our new system you're a "new" customer and your next order will eligible for the 15% off first order discount. Enter MYFIRSTORDER at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Once we receive your order we’ll get onto processing your backdrops. As we print all our backdrops to order please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order.
For custom orders we may require up to 3 business days.
Once your order is complete it will be packed and shipped via Australia Post.
Standard Post - 3-5 business days
Express Post - 1-2 business days

Do you offer Click & Collect?
We sure do! If you live in Sydney and wish to pick up your order we're located in Killara on Sydneys North Shore.
Once you've placed your order we typically take up to 2 business days to process standard orders and up to 3 business days for custom orders.
Once your order is complete we will send you an email with collection details.
Can I return / exchange my order?
EXCHANGE
Got your order and it’s not quite what you wanted? You’re welcome to exchange your backdrop(s) within 14 days of accepting delivery.
- Email us within 14 days with your exchange details.
- Ship backdrops you wish to exchange to us.
- Returns must be in perfect condition for resale.
- Once exchange has been approved we'll process your replacement backdrops within 2 business days.
If you have placed a custom order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the backdrop(s) have been damaged in transit.
I made a mistake with my order.
You've clicked checkout and noticed a mistake, you want to change something or cancel your order.. Please email us ASAP!!
- Standard Products | We can make changes to your order up until we print your order. In some cases we may make an exception.
- Custom Products | We can make changes to your custom products up until we print them. Due to these being custom products, they're not something we can easily resell to other customers. Once these products are printed there can be no refunds or exhanges.
- Address Changes | You can change your address up until we pack your order. Once the shipping label has been printed you'll need to contact Australia Post to have the package redirected to your new address.
My order has arrived damaged.
We do our best to package up our backdrops for safe transit but sometimes AusPost can be a little rough. If one or all of your items have been damaged, please email us asap with the following:
- Photos of the damaged products.
- Photos of the outside packaging.
- Order Number / Name / Email.
Depending on how many need to be replaced we can generally have the replacements shipped out next business day.

What are the Photo Boards made from?
Our Photo Board backdrops are made from a durable smooth 5mm thick PVC. We print the textures onto an adhesive vinyl stock coupled with a satin laminate and mounted to the PVC board.
What are the Photo Sheets made from?
Our Photo Sheet backdrops are printed using durable matte finish polypropylene stock coupled with a satin finish laminate to give it ultimate protection.
Can i get the backdrops wet?
You sure can. Like most things, don't let them sit in a puddle of water for too long.
Both the Photo Boards and Photo Sheets have a laminate layer on them so you can easily wipe of any liquid.
Do the board clips only fit your backdrops?
No, the Board Clips can be used on any boards that are between 5-8mm thick.
